Return Policy If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will resend the correct item and cover return shipping costs. Custom embroidered items require prior authorization for returns. All other items can be returned within 30 days with the original receipt, provided they are unworn and in new condition.
Shipping and Handling Fees Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We may issue credit for reasonable freight charges if the item is defective or incorrect.
Transit Times Orders ship within 48 hours. UPS and FedEx do not deliver on weekends; check their websites for estimated delivery times.
Exchanges For exchanges, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order on our website to ensure availability.
